All operating circuits are interlinked to ensure: -

• Two hands must be used to activate the operator’s control knobs to close and lock the door
• The compaction cycle cannot start until this safety measure is completed
• Only after completion of the compaction cycle can the door be raised pneumatically
• Only when the door is fully opened can the skip travel in and out by pneumatic power
• The compaction cycle can be reversed by pressing the re-set button

THE NSC COMPACTING UNIT

The powerful robust unit delivers 28,665lbs (13000 Kg) total platen load to reduce up to 1 ¼ tonnes of refuse to a 4’ x 4’ x 3’ block within a heavy duty disposal bag fitted with lifting loops ready for easy removal.

Additional Features:

• Automatic sanitiser sprays into the chamber after each compaction cycle

• Visual indicator informs the operator when the bag is full

• Lift out and replacement of the bag is a simple and fast operation
