We provide on-going support from our base in Aberdeen. In the unlikely event of a compactor failing in service we will immediately supply a replacement from the fully prepared back-up machine we maintain ready for despatch.
Logistics We manage the tendering, ordering, supply and change-out of equipment and bags efficiently. We conform to whatever arrangement a customer requires for the despatch of equipment offshore, including pre-delivery inspections, specific forms of documentation or the provision of duplicate test certificates and inspection reports.
Supply We maintain a large stock of bags for our compactors and can deliver at short-notice to the quayside in Aberdeen, Peterhead, Montrose or to another UK supply base or port-of-call. We can prepare consignments for delivery to an overseas location, including completing any required import formalities (eg the product certification procedures required by the Standards Organisation of Nigeria - SON). We deliver bags to customers in Angola, Australia, Azerbaijan, Canada, Nigeria & various European countries.
Technical support We are available to provide technical support if required, for example, to maintenance technicians on vessels or platforms in remote locations (eg Angola, Caspian Sea or GOM).
